These Terms of Use govern your use of the Charity Bib Blueprint website, courses, and products, offered by Myranda McDonald, doing business as Bariatric Runner Mom ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Your license

When you purchase a course or download, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own fundraising. You may print templates as many times as you need for personal use.

You may not share your login, resell, redistribute, or publicly post course videos, lessons, or downloads, in whole or in part.

Ownership

All course content, templates, and materials are owned by Myranda McDonald, doing business as Bariatric Runner Mom, and protected by copyright. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership.

Not affiliated

Charity Bib Blueprint is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any race, race organizer, or charity. Race and charity names are mentioned only to describe where charity entries may be available.

Educational purposes only

Our content is for educational purposes and is not legal, tax, or financial advice. We do not guarantee any fundraising result, acceptance into a charity program, or race entry. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for following the rules of your race and charity, including fundraising minimums and deadlines, and for following local laws, permits, and regulations for any event you host. Rules for activities such as raffles, food sales, and auctions vary by location, so check them before your event. Donations should always go through your charity's official fundraising page.

Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in US dollars and processed securely through our platform's payment providers. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
